NON-EXCLUSIVE
A non-exclusive license is where you choose any existing design of mine to be manufactured by the printer of your choice, and sold as finished goods in one category.
*Please note that non-exclusive licenses are tailored to industry specifics. For instance, if a non-exclusive design is licensed for fabric usage, it will not be licensed to another fabric company within the stipulated time frame. However, it remains available for licensing on different mediums like wallpaper, glassware, greeting cards, and more.
I will hold the copyright of the design and the design will continue to be available for other companies to use concurrently through a non-exclusive license.
Designs may be used on the licensee's business or personal social media accounts. We kindly request that proper credits are given in the form of tags @mmdecorbrand
EXCLUSIVE
License grants the client/licensee sole access to the artwork throughout the specified duration. No other entity will have rights to utilize the design during this time.

LICENSE RESTRICTIONS
The Pattern designs, in their entirety or any modified elements, cannot be resold as a digital end product.
Usage on POD (Product on Demand) sites is strictly prohibited.
Reselling, sub-licensing, redistributing, or sharing the source file to a third party in any manner that allows others to download, extract, or redistribute the pattern or any of its parts is not permitted.
Claiming trademark designs or copyrights to the patterns as a whole or any part of the designs is not allowed.
